The last month of 2021 proved to continue the trend we continue to see nearly early month the rest of the year. Fewer homes and condos were sold, nearly half the inventory on the market from 2020 while prices remain higher. Will we see a repeat of the same market in 2022? Time will tell but so far, it is looking to be another good year to be a seller, with competition remaining high.
