Eureka – Asbury Park, NJ

The Eureka units are located in the top six floors of 601 Bangs Avenue in downtown Asbury Park. This 11 story art deco style building is comprised of 23 one and two bedroom units. Units come fully furnished and move in ready. One the first level is one of the most popular restaurants in Asbury Park, Pascal & Sabine. On levels two thorugh five are all office buildings. Floors six and up are where the Eureka units are located and available in many floor plans. The top floor units have roof deck access with wet bars.

 Fun Fact: The Eureka units are located inside the tallest building & the first ever skyscraper built in downtown Asbury Park. It is known to locals as “The Gas Building” because it was originally built for an electric company. The 2 gas lamps installed at the front entrance are a nod to that.
