📈Let’s compare how the real estate market in Monmouth and Ocean counties performed in January compared to last year.
📉Prices of single family homes in both Monmouth and Ocean Counties are higher, while prices of condos in both counties were down slightly from last year. Inventory rose in Monmouth County (homes and condos). In Ocean County, it declined in the single family category in Ocean County and remained about the same in the condo market. The days on market for both counties were slightly longer than it was a year ago as well.
