Let’s compare how the real estate market in Monmouth and Ocean counties performed in July compared to last year.
The luxury home market at the Jersey Shore has seen an increase since last summer. Twice the number of homes listed for $1 million+ sold compared to the previous year.
There was a slight downtick in the number of single family homes sold in Monmouth County in July, but not in Ocean County which saw increases in both homes and condo sales. Notably, Condos in Monmouth County had an increase in cash buyers by 70% compared to last July.
