Let’s compare how the real estate market in Monmouth and Ocean counties performed in June compared to last year.
As has been the case in previous months, we still continue to have low inventory levels resulting in higher purchase prices. Single family homes and condos in Monmouth County saw another huge jump in the amount of cash sales. Condos in Ocean County also saw a big jump in cash sales. Homes are also selling much faster than this time last summer
