📈Let’s compare how the real estate market in Monmouth and Ocean counties performed in June compared to last year.
📉June 2022 saw prices continuing to increase in both the single family homes and condo categories in Monmouth and Ocean counties. There was a decrease in the amount of cash sale, with the exception of Ocean County condos. Inventory of homes is still down 14-16% for single family homes, while inventory for condos is down by 33-34% compared to last June. Despite the rise in interest rates, the fact that we still continue to deal with inventory shortages is what is keeping prices higher.
