📈Let’s compare how the real estate market performed in March 2023 compared to March 2022 in Monmouth and Ocean counties.
📉Less homes were sold and average days on market for homes were longer but stayed about the same for the condo category. Single family home sales prices (average) saw a slight decline in Monmouth County and a slight increase in Ocean County. Condos saw an increase in pricing in both counties, with a big jump in Ocean County. The number of cash buyers decreased with the exception of homes in Monmouth County.
