Meghan was extremely patient with me during my search- it took almost one year to find my dream townhouse near the beach! She is incredibly responsive- I would text her very early in the morning and she always responded right away! I also contacted her at the last minute at times when I was able to make the trip down to look, and she always accommodated us. We are in love with the place we finally found, 2 miles from the beach, and in the middle of everything! She even went to the townhouse and did a video walk through so we could decide if we should take the trip down to look…boy, are we glad we did! Meghan continues to help us even after the sale, by recommending people to do renovations, and service work. She is a great resource! She even found me a new friend in the complex. She cares and wants you to be happy. We enjoyed and still enjoy working with her!
