Let’s compare how the real estate market in Monmouth and Ocean counties performed in November 2020 compared to last year. As in previous months, we continue to see lower levels of inventory, larger quantities of homes sold, and increase in pricing in every category. Single-family homes in both counties spent less time on the market, selling 20-25 days faster than last November 2019. Ocean County saw a rise in condo sales by a little over 76% compared to last year at this time.
