📈Let’s compare how the real estate market in Monmouth and Ocean counties performed in November compared to last year.
📉 There was a fairly significant decrease in the number of homes sold in November compared to last year. Prices remain higher but notably, single-family homes in Monmouth county saw a slight dip in sold price vs. list price. There was also a bump in the inventory of single-family homes in both counties, compared to last year as well. November and December are typically slower months for real estate and we are hopeful interest rates will decrease in future months for those buyers sitting on the sidelines.🙏
