📈Let’s compare how the real estate market performed in October 2023 compared to October 2022 in Monmouth and Ocean counties.
📉Monmouth County single family home sales saw a slight dip in price compared to last October, whereas condos saw a larger jump in price. Ocean County had significant jumps in pricing in both categories. Inventory was down about 25% from where it was this time last year as well.
