📉Ocean County single family homes and Monmouth County homes saw a larger jump in the increased price compared to September 2022. About a quarter of homes sold were cash deals, where with condos 30-48% of closed deals were all cash. The number of days on market increased slightly, with the exception of SFH in Monmouth County.
