Wharfside Manor is a condo complex located on Wharfside Drive off Ocean Avenue in Monmouth Beach, NJ.  This condo complex is one of the more affordable options in Monmouth Beach. It is also one of the only condos in the area that allows both summer and winter rentals, in addition to annual rentals. Wharfside Manor is a two story condo complex comprised of 192 condos with one and two bedroom options. Each condo has a balcony/private porch area. Condos have spacious bedrooms and huge closets for storage. Heat and hot water are included in the utilities. Wharfside Manor has a variety of amenities including a community room, in ground swimming pool, a barbecue area along the riverfront, common laundry room and a boat dock. Some units have water views. There is assigned off street parking and additional parking for visitors.

Wharfside Manor complex is located on the Shrewsbury River and only one block to the beach. Walk or bike for breakfast at My Kitchen Witch or grab coffee at Booskerdoo Coffee! Wharfside Manor is close to the shop, restaurants and nightlife in Sea Bright and less than 10 to Pier Village in Long Branch. It is close to hospitals, Monmouth Park, Monmouth Mall. Wharfside is only a 9 minute drive to the NJ Transit station in Long Branch and a 13 minute drive to the Sea Streak ferry, so it’s great for those commuting to the city.
